Your project review
Phew! By now you will probably have almost completed the project.
You need to review the entire project – how well you performed, the products, the feedback you obtained from other people and all you did during the project. Be honest!
You should also make some suggestions for improvement. Many people write something like “if I had to do the project again, I would not change anything”. There is always room for improvement and the moderator will be looking to see valid suggestions for improvement.
Your project review should include the following:
- what you set out to achieve, whether you achieved them, the difficulties you faced and how you dealt with them
- an evaluation of the how fit for audience and purpose the products are, how they can be improved, the feedback you obtained from other people and whether the feedback was useful
- how well you managed your time and how well you used your project plan
- what you learnt about yourself
- some suggestions for improvement (this is extremely important)
Note: the moderator is not looking for an account of what you did, but why you did them, what you learnt and how you will make improvements in the future.
